Year-End Giving
Carry This Community Into the New Year
The year is turning dark, and the end of it is when we plan for the next. A gift before December 31 helps us know what we can promise in the months ahead, and it is tax-deductible for this tax year.
Why the end of the year matters to a small community
We are young, founded in 2026, and we do not have a building. Every gathering happens in a space we rent or borrow, and every commitment we make for the coming year depends on knowing what we can count on. A large organization can absorb a slow month. We cannot, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
Gifts that arrive before the year closes let us sign for space, plan gatherings, and say yes to the people who write to us asking where we meet. They are the difference between hoping and planning.
What your gift does
- Keeps a room available for weekly gatherings and the monthly circle
- Covers the small, steady costs: candles, tea, chairs, printing the weekly note
- Lets us be present for people who are grieving, without asking them to wait
- Moves us, slowly and honestly, toward a permanent place of our own
A note on monthly giving
If you can, consider making your year-end gift the first of a monthly one. A steady gift, even a small one, is worth more to us than a larger single gift, because it lets us plan. You can change or cancel it any time.
Thank you for keeping the fire lit through another year.
